§ 20-43. Inspection; recommendation.

  • Within 48 hours after the application is received by the clerk, the county inspector or his designee shall inspect the site of the display and the surrounding area to determine that the fireworks display shall not be hazardous to property or dangerous to any person and shall make a recommendation to the county sheriff, jail and license committee. Failure of the applicant to grant permission to have the site so inspected shall become cause for denial of the permit.
