§ 20-44. Determination of sheriff, jail and license committee.

After receiving said recommendation and reviewing the application, the sheriff, jail and license committee shall determine whether to approve the application. If the application is approved, the county zoning inspector and the chairperson of the sheriff, jail, and license committee shall sign said permit and the county clerk shall issue the permit and mail a copy to the state fire marshal. If the application is denied, the county clerk shall advise the applicant in writing and refund the application fee.
