§ 6-27. Issuance, suspension and revocation of licenses.

  • (a)

    The licensing commission, by a majority vote at a convened meeting, may issue, revoke or suspend any license in accordance with the provisions of this article or on the basis or provisions of any state law pertaining to raffles or poker runs.

    (b)

    In case of tie vote of the members of the commission at a convened meeting, the licensing commissioner shall vote to break the tie.

    (c)

    Licenses issued pursuant to this article may be suspended or revoked for any violation of this article.

    (d)

    When any licensee shall have his license revoked for any cause, no license shall be granted to the licensee for a period of one year thereafter.
