§ 4-129. Hours of sale.

  • (a)

    Licensees holding either a Class A or Class B license may sell beer or alcoholic liquor only from 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. of the following day except on those days when the sale of beer or alcoholic liquor is otherwise prohibited by law. However, express permission is herein granted to such licensees to transact other business and engage generally in the restaurant and food service business both during those hours described in this section, when the sale of beer and alcoholic liquor is not permitted, as well as at all other times, unless otherwise prohibited by law. All times referred to in this section are central standard time or central daylight savings time.

    (b)

    Licensees holding a Class C license may sell beer or alcoholic liquor at such times as the corresponding category of alcoholic beverage may be sold by Class A and Class B licensees, respectively, pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section 4-129, as now or hereafter amended.
