§ 22-21. Penalty.

Any person who violates any provision of this article, or any rules and regulations adopted herein shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00. Each day's violation constitutes a separate violation. The state's attorney of the county shall bring such actions in the name of the people of the state or may bring action for an injunction to restrain such violation or to enjoin the operation of any such food establishment causing such violation.
