§ 52-213. Special conditions.

The following special conditions shall apply to any subdivision of land, upon which existing structures are located, said structures having been erected prior to the adoption of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived:
(1)

A newly created parcel upon which the existing structures are located shall be exempt from the improvements as required by this chapter, except monuments and markers.

(2)

In the case where streets are proposed for dedication within the subdivision and are involved with the said parcel, all requirements relative to street improvements shall also be met.
