§ 52-161. Landscaping.

(a)

The portion of dedicated street right-of-way between the edge of street surface or back of curb and the edge of sidewalk nearest to the street or property line shall be graded and seeded in an approved manner.

(b)

Street trees having a trunk diameter of not less than 2½ inches shall be planted along all streets where trees do not exist, and placed in such a manner as to provide an effective appearance for the enhancement of abutting properties.
