§ 52-23. Review and action.

All applications for the preliminary approval of plats together with seven copies of each preliminary plat shall be referred by the county clerk to the commission for review and action. The county clerk shall have a notice of public hearing on each preliminary plat application published not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date of public hearing in a newspaper circulating within the county, weekly or more often. All applications for approval of final plats, including one copy of each final plat, shall be referred by the county clerk to the county board for review and action.
