§ 50-21. Expenses for signs on public streets, roads, etc.

All expenses for the preparation and installation of uniform public street, lane, road, highway and public way intersection signs shall be borne by the county, and all maintenance and replacement of the signs following their installation on the county roads shall be by the county. Maintenance and replacement of signs on township roads after initial installation shall be the responsibility of the respective townships in which the lanes, roads and highways are located.
