§ 8-165. Registration of dogs.

Latest version.

Every owner of a dog four months of age or more shall cause such animal to be registered and shall pay an annual registration fee for such animal. The registration fee shall be in the amount provided in the county fee schedule. Each registered animal will be issued a registration certificate supplied by the county. Registration fees for official police K-9 dogs are waived.
