§ 8-61. Additional enforcement provisions provided by state regulations.

In addition to the provisions of this section, this chapter shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with provisions set forth in the Animal Welfare Act, 8 Ill. Admin. Code § 25.10 et seq., and the Animal Control Act, 8 Ill. Admin. Code § 30.10 et seq., and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three copies of which shall be on file in the office of the county clerk.
