§ 6-17. License required.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale, in the territory of the county under the jurisdiction of this article, any raffle chance without first obtaining a license to operate a raffle or in violation of the terms of said license.

(b)

It shall be unlawful to organize or operate, in the territory of the county under the jurisdiction of this article, any poker run without first obtaining a license pursuant to this article or in violation of the terms of said license.
