§ 4-54. Duty to report change in status.

Any change in ownership with respect to a sole proprietorship, a partnership, or a corporation, as well as any change in the designated manager of the business or in the location of the business, must be reported in writing to the local liquor control commissioner within ten days of that change. Any change of address with respect to any of the aforementioned individuals or corporations must be provided to the county clerk within ten days of that change of address.
