§ 42-73. Speed zones established; schedule.

Upon an engineering and traffic investigation procured by the county, the county has found that the statutory maximum speed limits are greater than that which is reasonable and proper on certain county highways. Accordingly, the board has established safe speed limits, and caused to be posted, in conformity with state law, signs designating the reduced speed areas, on those county highways listed in the county speed zone schedule on file in the office of the county clerk.
