§ 42-42. Parking prohibited on certain county roads.

(a)

Parking is prohibited on both sides of county Highway 10 (1600E Road) within 400 feet north and south of the main entrance to Livingston Stone Company; said no parking zone being also described as being between rural reference coordinates 1175N and 1190N on 1600E Road. Such prohibition shall not be in effect until no parking signs are erected by the county in the designated areas and shall be in effect only when said signs are in place.

(b)

Any violation of this article shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00 for each violation.
