§ 2-235. Required size of documents submitted for recordation.

Every instrument submitted to the county clerk and recorder's office for recording in a physical format larger than 11 by 17 must have submitted along with it, in addition to all other required large format copies, a clear and readable reduction to the size of 11 by 17 including, but not limited to, large format versions of the following document types:

Condominium surveys.

(3)

Correction to plats.

(4)

Declaration amendments.

(5)

Declarations, codes, covenants and restrictions.

(6)

Disclaimer of easements.

(7)

Easements.

(8)

Plans.

(9)

Plats.

(10)

Plats of dedication.

(11)

Plats of highway.

(12)

Plats of subdivision.

(13)

Plats of survey.

(14)

Plats of vacation.

(15)

Proposed annexations.

Variances.
