§ 22-417. Issuance of notice.

Whenever the county health department determines that a violation of any provision of this division has occurred, the county health department shall give notice to the person responsible for such violation:

(1)

Notices provided for under this section shall be deemed to have been properly served when written notice has been delivered personally to the person responsible, or such notice has been sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the last known address of the person.

A copy of such notice shall be filed with the records of the county health department.
