§ 22-415. Inspections.

(a)

The county health department shall be notified by telephone or in writing at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of any work to construct, modify, or seal a geothermal exchange system for which a permit has been issued.

(b)

Before grouting and backfilling is started, an inspection shall be made by the county health department to determine if full compliance of this division has been met.

(c)

The county public health department shall be allowed access to any property for the purpose of performing an inspection of a geothermal exchange system.
