In addition to those provisions set forth in this division, it shall be interpreted
and enforced in accordance with the requirements set forth by the state department
of public health pursuant to authority granted by the:
(1)
State department of public health surface source water treatment code, 77 III. Admin.
Code 930.5 et seq., and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, which are
hereby made part of this division by reference.
Three copies of this set of rules and regulations shall be on file in the office of
the county clerk.
