§ 22-374. Additional provisions.

In addition to those provisions set forth in this division, it shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the requirements set forth by the state department of public health pursuant to authority granted by the:
(1)

State water well construction code, 415 ILCS 30/1 et seq. as embodied in 77 III. Admin. Code 920.10 et seq., and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto; and

(2)

State water well pump installation code, 415 ILCS 35/1 et seq. as embodied in 77 III. Admin. Code 925.10 et seq., and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto.

Three copies of each set of rules and regulations shall be on file in the office of the county clerk.
