§ 22-295. Inspections.

Upon receipt of a complaint involving products produced in a home kitchen operation or upon the outbreak of a disease that may be connected to a home kitchen operation, the Livingston County Health Department shall have authority to inspect the home kitchen operation involved. The health department administrator or designee shall request consent to inspect a home kitchen operation during daytime hours. In the absence of consent, the health department administrator or designee shall obtain an administrative search warrant to inspect a home kitchen.
